Lemonade Stand Award!

I have received my first award!! Given to me by my friend Brandi - thank you so much!!!

She was kind enough to pass on the "Lemonade Stand" award to me. This award is for being a blogger who shows great attitude and gratitude. Now I have to nominate a few blogs I feel show great attitude and gratitude. I have a few followers (some public and some not) and they always leave such nice comments. Therefore, I would like to pass this award on to a few of them and a couple of other individuals:

Where does the time go?

I am sorry that I haven't posted since March - our DD is playing softball again this year, so life has been busy...

Here is one of the creations that the ladies made in Tuesday nights class (Spring and Summer Garden Greetings) - let me know what you think!

March Madness Continues!

I received some new goodies in the mail and have been playing! With my new Big Shot, I have been playing with the new Textured Impressions Die called Manhattan Flower (#114517). In this next card, I used Baja Breeze cardstock with the Scallop Edge Punch (#112091) and our new ribbon that I just LOVE called Whisper White Organza (#114319) !! I made the greeting using our NEW Scallop Oval Punch (#114889) that coordinates with our new Oval All stamp set (#113790) - these are from the new Occasions Mini.

Don't you just LOVE new toys! :)

March Madness!

March for me began with my teaching a Continuing Ed Stamp-a-Stack class in Niskayuna, NY. I then taught the same class in my home for my stamping friends. Here are some pics of some of the creations that we made:

More Big Shot...

There are several cards that were made with Stampin' Up's new Texturz plates... and in the butterfly card I used the Beautiful Butterflies die.

Take a look and let me know what you think!

Big Shot Bonanza continued...

I also made and Easter card with the Baskets & Blooms die and A Good Egg stamp set. You can't see from the picture very well, but the Barely Banana background was textured as well.

Big Shot Bonanza

It has been awhile since I have posted - I was away at my uncles funeral last week... Then I came home on Sunday and got started with my next month's worth of classes...

Here are some pics of Tuesday nights Big Shot Bonanza Class - the first is a little Leprechaun dude made with the Top Note die - he is too stinkin' cute! He was a Make & Take provided by Lucinda Palmer at our NY Inketts demonstrator meeting this past Sunday.

The second is a basket using the Basket & Blooms die.
